Real estate is at the heart of emeis' activities, and as such, the group's green building strategy is central to its CSR strategy.

Setting out an ambitious roadmap, particularly for older buildings that currently make up the entire scope of Isemia Real Estate company, this strategy involves renovation and adaptation programmes for buildings, aiming to improve their energy performance, functionality, and suitability for use. It relies on precise monitoring, site by site, of energy consumption and CO2 emissions (scope 1 and 2), allowing the management of targeted and measurable investment trajectories over time.

These measures are carried out within the framework of ambitious trajectories by country, aiming for quantifiable objectives:

A reduction of CO2 emissions by 10% by 2030 for French sites, 12% for Spanish sites, and 11% for German sites (measured in kg of CO2 per m² per year)

A reduction in energy consumption in line with the tertiary decree 2030 in France, and with consumption reduction targets of -10% in Germany and -6% in Spain (kWh/m²/year)
