Isemia Real Estate company is a pan-European player specializing in healthcare and medico-social real estate. Designed as a long-term real estate vehicle, Isemia was established by the healthcare group emeis, in partnership with leading investors, TwentyTwo Real Estate and Farallon Capital, who share a heritage-focused and sustainable approach to real estate investment.

The real estate company holds a portfolio of 68 real estate assets located in France, Germany, and Spain, representing a gross asset value of 1.22 billion euros (by the end of 2024).
The company is positioned as a specialist in healthcare real estate, covering three major types of assets: nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, and psychiatric clinics. It relies on the operational expertise of emeis, a European community of experts and professionals dedicated to the health of the most vulnerable, which ensures asset management and property management on behalf of the company.
The assets are located in markets benefiting from very favourable demographic fundamentals, allowing us to capture pan-European structural growth dynamics, in France, Spain, and Germany, three strategic geographies for emeis.
The assets are operated under long-term leases, ensuring high visibility of rental streams and income stability.

The portfolio, at the heart of emeis' strategic activities, benefits from the actions undertaken under the group's restructuring plan ongoing since November 2022, which aims to consolidate operational fundamentals, strengthen quality standards, and support long-term value creation.
In the medium term, Isemia Real Estate company will aim to be a growth driver for the group, by integrating future real estate projects developed by emeis into its portfolio.
